Thanksgiving Dinner

Our team of volunteers preparing meal deliveries to veterans in northeast Ohio

The widow of a US Army Veteran spent the last two days with temperatures below freezing in her home without an HVAC system that works. Refusing to leave the home she built with her late husband but in dire need of heat she was able to contact Veteran Housing Solutions for assistance. VHS was able to contact one of their service providers on New Year’s Eve and they rushed out to get a list of materials needed to replace her unit which was unable to be fixed. Before close of business they had the equipment ordered with rush delivery. This morning, Our friends at DiMarco & Associates installed a brand new HVAC system for her.
